1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sex Insight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of Sex Insight, developed by Liu Chao.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sex Insight. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sex Insight only for personal, lawful purposes. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's backend systems; or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
4. Health Information Disclaimer
Sex Insight is a personal wellness tracking application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated insights are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in Sex Insight are owned by Liu Chao and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or complete.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liu Chao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
10. Premium Purchases, Trials, and Access
Subscriptions: Monthly and annual Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play before renewal. The price, billing period, trial eligibility and duration, and price after any trial are those shown in the actual Google Play purchase screen. A Google Play trial may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Manage or cancel at Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally retains access through the paid period; a refund, chargeback, or revocation may end access earlier. Uninstalling the App or clearing data does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime purchase and App preview: Where offered, lifetime Premium is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. An App-provided 30-day Premium preview, when available and eligible, ends automatically and does not charge you or start a subscription. Continuing with a paid plan requires a separate purchase. This preview is distinct from a Google Play subscription trial; eligibility and any offers are shown in the App and store.
Refunds and restoration: Refund requests follow Google Play's rules and applicable law; a refund is not automatic or guaranteed. Use the App's restore-purchases option with the Google Play account used for the purchase. Restoration requires a valid store purchase and successful verification; it does not restore locally deleted activity data.
When Premium ends: Expiry, refund, or revocation can stop new Premium analysis. Activity records, partner data, backups, and Free features remain available, and already delivered Premium snapshots remain readable in read-only form while stored on your device. These retained results are not a cloud backup and cannot recover data you delete.
